Coldplay's freshly song 'Violet Hill', which the dance band gave away for one week via their functionary site, has been downloaded over 2 gazillion times according to their spokesman.Fans crashed the Brits group's site pursual it's liberation last Tuesday, with a rep for Coldplay telling the BBC that the call for was "staggering."The spokesman added that the book of downloads would get seen the band outsell the stallion U.K. whirligig 40 singles four-spot times over.Coldplay's newly album, 'Viva La Vida or Death And Totally His Friends', comes out in June.Photo courtesy of EMI.
